Often in our efforts to find someone that has all the qualities we are looking for we fail to really take an inventory of the qualities we have to offer. It's not as though we don't have many things to offer, we just may not really understand what those are and how to let others know about them.

This group is about finding out about yourself. Not focusing on WHO to date, but on HOW to date. Find out who you are as a Dating Single. This is not a place to meet new dates or mates. This is not a support group for lonely people (although you will find support). This is a psychotherapy group where you will meet the most important person in the world that can help you build a happier more satisfying life – YOU!
